Great location right by the pier and the nightlife.
Small room, hard bed, smelly bathroom, no cleaning..

The location is good. Right beside the pier & quiet @ night.
Cleaning was inconsistent. Glasses (wrapped in plastic) were dirty. Bed is very hard & bathroom is insanely small. When I advised the mngr that the bathroom wasn't clean when I checked in he didn't really understand & just kept asking if I wanted my room cleaned. This was not cheap but phi phi is an expensive island. I think a better room for the same price could be found but I wasn't willing to put in the time/effort to do so. Aircon worked well. Ok for short stay but not longer.

The venue was in a central location right by the pier and beach, with dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Tonsai Bay district was worth exploring. Booked a double room that was provided with a balcony and fresh water in the fridge.

Lovely lady on reception. Literally 1 min walk from pier, 10mins from main bars which means no noise!
Rooms are quite small, there's no pool or breakfast but this is reflected in the price so you get exactly what you pay for - a good base at phi phi, comfortable with nice staff

very friendly staff, helped us booking further transports. Room was big enough, we had a safe and hot shower. Free water and beach towels provided! Not far from the pier and viewpoint!
When showering, the whole bathroom was flooded. Bathroom could be a little more cleanly. During the night it was a little bit noisy

The hotel was clean and perfect. the location was brilliant back on the shore. I booked a clean and cosy room with a mini-bar, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. A bathtub in the particularly good bathroom was super awesome. the food was good. the staff was lovely.

Free Wifi that worked. The room was clean. Air conditioning.
The bathroom had a tench of rotted water. We were 3 couples in this hotel and all 3 rooms seemed to have this problem.

good location, close to everything but calm during the night, rooms with everything you need (even beach towels)

The hotel was ok, but just about it. It is definitely a bit overpriced (as most of hotels in Phi Phi anyway), so value for money is not the best. The room was very basic, and had seen its better years I guess. I didn’t like the bathroom. The shower was just a shower head on the wall next to the toilet– without a curtain or anything – when you shower the water goes everywhere. I wouldn’t book this hotel to stay for a long period of time – we stayed only a couple of days so it was ok for us. The good thing about the hotel is its location – it is situated 3 minutes away from the pier in a very good location, but it is not loud at night at all. The stuff was also very nice to us and allowed us to check in earlier then usual.
